Club questions
Where do I see my siwoners?
In the club panel: open the rewards button on the site or go to your account. Your balance, your history and your codes all live there.
When do the points from an order land?
Once the order is confirmed. If you don't see them straight away, refresh your account before writing to us: it's often just a matter of minutes.
Do points expire?
No. Your siwoners stay in your account until you decide to spend them.
Can I stack my club discount with another promo?
The club code doesn't stack with other discount codes. If you've got several, use whichever works out better for you.
What if I return my order?
If we refund an order, the siwoners you earned on it come off your balance. How to return is covered in the FAQ.
Do I earn points buying Siwon in a shop?
No. The club only works with orders placed in our online store. You'll find where to get us in person on this page.
Can I pass my points to someone else?
Siwoners belong to your account and can't be transferred. What you can do is redeem them for a code and give the code away, or go for a gift card.
I've got two accounts with two balances, can they be merged?
