LGBTI was not always in fashion (😅), but today, Pride has become a party of aúpa that everyone joins.

89% of Spaniards see sexual diversity as something natural, gay marriage is legal in almost all of Europe and the US, trans rights are on the table... LGBTI, the rainbow that you now have even in your soup, is not It is taboo; It's mainstream .

How to get out of the pinkwashing closet?

Well, there is no magic recipe, but rather large doses of common sense, whether you are a company or a person (or even a politician 😅):

• If you are going to defend something, defend it equally everywhere and no matter who it is. ○ Obviously this does not apply if you are in danger of some kind... but in the long run we are all happier if we are aligned what we think with what we feel and with what we do.

• Ideally, all year round. Not just one day. ○ It is not necessary to give the turra. It's a matter of not getting caught in resignations based on the equinox.
